Judge Released Teen Charged with 3 Counts of Murder

A teen migrant from Sudan has been released from jail.

Ahmedal Tayeb Elnouman Modawi is facing three murder charges.

The judge reportedly released him so he could attend school.

The Murders

Modawi was reportedly doing donuts in a parking lot the night of October 1.

He was working as a valet at the time and using a client’s car.

A police officer tried to make a traffic stop, but Modawi attempted to flee the scene.

Instead, the car hit three other valets in the area, ranging in age from 18 to 23.

He then lost complete control of the car, hitting a fence and flipping the vehicle.

Modawi and the individual riding with him were both hurt in the accident.

All three of the valets are dead.

The original bond was set for $350,000, then later reduced to a total of $220,000.

Modawi, who is 17, made bail and is now free to attend school.

He is restricted to house arrest and must wear an ankle bracelet until his December 15 hearing.

It seems rather tame for someone that just took the lives of three other individuals.

That's a wages recession for American workers.
