Justice Alito Calm, Cool, and Collected in Wake of Roe v. Wade Controversy

Pro-choice activists have been protesting outside all of the conservative justices’ homes recently.

One of the main targets, however, has been Justice Samuel Alito.

As the author of the leaked brief, the baby killers want to intimidate him the most, but he is not giving in.

Business as Usual

Justice Thomas had already broken the news that intimidating tactics would not sway this court.

To hear Justice Alito, you would never know his home and been surrounded by a bunch of lunatics for days, encouraged by the current White House occupant to do so.

When he was asked about it, he would not give anyone the satisfaction that that was getting to him in the least.

He stated, “This is a subject I told myself I wasn’t going to talk about today regarding, you know — given all the circumstances.

“The court right now, we had our conference this morning, we’re doing our work.

“We’re taking new cases, we’re headed toward the end of the term, which is always a frenetic time as we get our opinions out.”

However, the one noticeable thing that Alito left out was that the court members were all getting along just fine, even though they disagreed on an opinion.

This is something that has been commonly said during controversial opinions, but I would suspect there is serious tension on the court right now regarding the leaked brief.

When the leak is found, and it will be found, the justice for whom that clerk works is going to be looked upon with burning eyes by every other member of the court.
