Kiss of Death: Democrats Show Support for Liz Cheney

If Liz Cheney’s goose was not cooked before, it sure is now.

In the latest polling, Cheney trailed Harriet Hageman by double-digits, with the primary only weeks away.

Even if the polls are inaccurate, it does not seem like Cheney has a fighting chance.

As if that were not bad enough, she just got a round of praise from some of the most despised Democrats in Congress, all but assuring her of a massive loss.

She’s Done

If I had to give you my Top 3 list of despised Democrats, Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) would be fighting for the top spot.

Of all people to praise Cheney before an election, he was the one to gush over her during a recent interview.

Schiff stated, “She knows who she is, and I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say she has remained true to her conservative ideology.

“It’s that so many in her party have moved away from conservatism to embrace Trumpism.”

This was akin to Judas Iscariot kissing Jesus on the cheek in terms of voters.

Polls have shown that one of the primary reasons Cheney has lost support was because of coddling up to Democrats on the January 6 committee.

The moment she took her committee assignment from Pelosi instead of McCarthy, her political career as a Republican was over.
