Several months ago, reports surfaced of some experiments that were being funded through the NIH.

The reports died just about as quickly as they surfaced, so many dismissed them as fake news.

Now, that does not appear to be the case, as a group of bipartisan lawmakers is now demanding answers from Fauci.

Eating Dogs Alive

The experiments are horrifying, to say the least, especially for someone like myself that is an over-the-top animal lover.

If the reports are accurate, dogs were locked in cages with hungry sandflies and eaten alive.

Rep. Nancy Mace (R-S.C.) and 23 bipartisan members of Congress sent a letter demanding answers for their “grave concerns about reports of costly, cruel, and unnecessary taxpayer-funded experiments on dogs.”

The letter continues, “According to documents obtained by via a Freedom of Information Act request by taxpayer watchdog group White Coast Waste Project, and subsequent media coverage from October 2018 until February 2019, NIAID spent $1.68 million in taxpayer funds on drug tests involving 44 beagle puppies.”

The letter continued, “The commissioned tests involved injecting and force-feeding the puppies an experimental drug for several weeks, before killing and dissecting them.”

To make the story even more horrifying, the dogs’ vocal cords were also reportedly cut so they would not have to hear the dogs cry.

The letter continued, “This cruel procedure — which is opposed with rare exceptions by the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Animal Hospital Association, and others — seems to have been performed so that experimenters would not have to listen to the pained cries of the beagle puppies. This is a reprehensible misuse of taxpayer funds.”

If our country funded this research, Fauci has to go.

Between this and the lying about gain-of-function, he must be removed from his position immediately.
