Sometimes you read things that make you sick to your stomach.
This is one of those reports.
A North Dakota attorney has been arrested for beating a woman to death in Minnesota.
This is just a horrific domestic abuse case that happened right in front of the children.
Traumatized
The beating happened with the woman holding on to her youngest child, who is a two-year-old little boy.
Two other children also heard the beating, screaming for help the entire time.
Police stated that the little boy was so traumatized that he could not even speak when the police arrived.
Anders Odegaard, 31, and Carissa Odegaard, also 31, were divorced last year.
The fight was reportedly over the ex-husband not wanting his ex-wife to take the children to church… so he beat her to death.
Two children ran outside to flag down the police as the beating was taking place.
When police saw the woman lying motionless and they asked Odegaard what happened, he stated, “I don’t feel right.”
If you ask me, it sounds like he was already crafting his own defense.
The children told police they have seen their father beat their mother before, so hopefully, this monster gets put away for a very long time.
