The Senate recently voted, and they’ve come to a decision:

It’s time to cut American tariffs on China.

Of the 43 to disapprove, 25 were Democrats and 18 were Republicans.

One of the Republicans, Marco Rubio from Florida, is now making it his mission to stop the rest of Congress from approving plans that will put more money into China’s pocket.

The only Americans that would benefit from this deal are the Americans making deals with China.

You know, the Hunter Biden and Nancy Pelosi types.

“It makes absolutely no sense to make it cheaper for Chinese companies to sell their products in America,” a fired-up Rubio claimed.

“We need to rebuild American industry, not reward companies that keep their supply chains in China.”

Senators Josh Hawley of Missouri, Tom Cotton of Arkansas, and Bernie Sanders of Vermont are some of the figureheads of the camp that doesn’t want to reduce tariffs on China.

Despite only a small portion of Congress agreeing with Rubio, it would appear as if most American voters are on his side.

A recent poll showed that 73% of Americans support trade remedies to protect Americans from having their jobs and dollars shipped out to China.

The Senate, however, disagrees. I guess we know who has business deals going on over there, huh.
