Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is pitching a conspiracy theory and the mainstream media is ignoring it.
Waters, on Tuesday, announced that her Twitter account had been hacked and erased.
She made the announcement from her Twitter account.

So, we are not really sure what inspired Waters to make this tweet, as Fox News has scrolled her timeline, and nothing appears to be missing.
Yet, here it was for all to see…

Twitter looked into the claim after Waters’ post, and guess what… the social media outlet did not find anything.
Twitter would not comment on any specifics, but it stated, “as is standard, we have open lines of communication with her office and have worked with them to ensure the account is secure” and that “at this time, we’ve identified no signs of account compromise.”
The post by Waters and the debunking by Twitter did not go unnoticed…

Waters has yet to provide any other information regarding the alleged hack.
Additionally, she is not responding to requests for comments.
Oddly enough, most mainstream media outlets are choosing to skip this story.
You know, they must protect the integrity of the Democrat Party at all costs, even when they are completely out of their mind.
