Throughout the 2020 presidential campaign and well after taking office, Joe Biden has publicly stated that his son never made money off China.

Of course, we all knew this was not true, but the only media outlets that would investigate it were conservative-oriented and Fox News.

Well, NBC News finally got around to digging into the story, and it is not good news for Joe Biden and Democrats.

He Lied

As voters, all we have is the word of a politician.

Now, conservatives knew that Joe Biden had been lying, but with no mainstream media outlet other than Fox News buying in, the left considered this all as a conspiracy theory.

Several outlets have now verified the laptop’s contents, but they have been careful to keep Joe at a distance until now.

During a 2020 debate, Joe Biden stated, “My son has not made money in terms of, this thing about, what are you talking about, China.”

However, the NBC News report confirmed that Hunter Biden made about $11 million over five years, about half of that coming from China.

This should have been reported during the election because, as NBC News reports, it will “raise questions about national security, business ethics, and potential legal exposure.”

The report continues, “According to business records referred to in the Senate report, Hudson West III, a venture funded by the Chinese oil and natural gas company CEFC and its chairman, Ye Jianming, paid $4,790,375.25 to Owasco P.C. over about one year.”

That is important because of Ye’s ties to the Chinese government.

Going back to 2018, CNN had reported, “Ye’s company, CEFC China Energy, aligned itself so closely with the Chinese government that it was often hard to distinguish between the two.”

As mentioned above, this should have been reported to the American people during the 2020 election.

The reason is that if China has something on Hunter, that could be leveraged to influence Joe Biden, which is a national security risk.

When Hunter Biden’s defense attorney Christopher Clark was contacted for a comment on the report by NBC News, he declined to comment.
