Antonio Brown has had his fair share of issues over the last few years.
Sure, when he’s on the football field, he’s still a world-class talent. Unfortunately for him, he’s not on the field very often.
So why should Brown’s personal problems keep him off the field, but the media LOVES to insist that Colin Kaepernick should be in the league, and not hiring Kaepernick is racist?
Brown has a problem with the way people are preventing Kaepernick as a victim.
According to Brown, Kaepernick isn’t a victim. He’s really lucky.
Kaepernick is way more famous than he ever would have been based on his football abilities, and relatively few television and book deals were being aimed at Kaepernick until he lost his starting job and decided to take a knee.
NOBODY seems to mention that. Instead, they want you to think that Kaepernick was punished for bravely standing up for what he believed in.
That’s not the real story. The real story is that Kaepernick got benched because he was playing terribly and since he couldn’t get attention on the field anymore he decided to do it some other way.
So he decided to disrespect our National Anthem.
The symbol of our country.
He wasn’t punished for it. In fact, it was quite the opposite.
Even Antonio Brown is willing to admit that.
