O’Rourke Schedules 70 Events in 49 Days to Swing Texas Vote

Beto O’Rourke apparently sees some light at the end of the tunnel on election day in Texas.

O’Rourke has been up and down in gubernatorial polls.

He has been as close as four points and down by double digits, so he really has no clue where he stands.

To that point, he is about to make a massive push to tilt the scales in his favor with an old-school barnstorming tour of Texas.

See the State

O’Rourke has turned into a professional campaigner.

Since he failed at music, he figured as long as he runs for something, he can draw a salary from campaign funds and make a pretty good living.

After losing the Senate and Presidential elections, now he is giving Governor a shot.

It has been three decades since a Democrat moved into the governor’s digs, and I am going to go out on a limb and say it will be at least four more years.

A moderate Democrat might have a shot, but Beto is anything but moderate.

Even so, he is about to barnstorm the state, hitting 70 events in 49 days.

O’Rourke stated, “We are going to bring people together in every part of this state to overcome Abbott’s extremism, incompetence, cruelty and corruption, and focus on the big things that unite us: great jobs, world-class schools, the ability to see a doctor and lowering costs so every Texan can live to their full potential.”

Anyone that has ever seen Beto in person knows he is anything but a unifier, so this is all complete nonsense.

If Beto wins, he helps Biden open Texas’ borders and immediately goes after the Second Amendment.

Somehow, I don’t think that is going to play well in my beloved Texas.
