Well, well, well, what do we have here.
It would seem that one of the more popular social media doctors during COVID was a complete and utter fraud.
Like most of these fraudsters, her hubris has led to her own demise.
The Good Doctor
Dr. Risa Hoshino became very famous during the pandemic for her long-toiling shifts on the frontlines of COVID.
Hoshino regularly posted about the horrors she was seeing treating children during the height of the pandemic.
For instance, in one post, she wrote, “If you had to listen to crying children all day who are devastated that they may never recover from long covid, $ not being able to tell them that everything will be ok…will you still not wear a mask?”
After an alleged 12-hour shift, she also posted, “I just spent 12 hrs straight in a N95 mask. Was it uncomfortable? Yes. Was it annoying as hell? Yes.”
Guess what… that does not appear to be the case at all.
A report cited in the New York Post had Hoshino working a cushy job at a New York City public school, raking in $170,000 per year, where she usually worked remotely.
Her social media accounts had shots of her in a bikini, on the beach, and partying sans mask with her friends.
As we would expect, all of her social media accounts have now been deleted or taken to private status.
An alleged co-worker of Hoshino’s noted that for her job, she rarely, if ever, treated COVID patients and she surely was not working 12 days in PPE gear.
She scammed everyone, including Medical, Marketing and Media, who named Hoshino as one of its “top 12 physician influences on Instagram” in February.
Hoshino appears to be nothing more than a complete and utter fraud.
Unless some massive report comes back that she transferred and was working for a hospital or some other organization specializing in treating kids with COVID, many of whom she claimed had “long COVID,” she made up everything she said.
And liberals want to know why we are questioning “the science.”
