Pelosi Committee Asks Pence to Appear

The January 6 Select Committee has now made its purpose clear.

The committee is about to go prime time and it is hoping to have an A-list of guests to pump up its ratings.

At the top of the committee’s wish list… former Vice President Mike Pence.

Just a Show

With every passing day, it becomes more and more apparent that the January 6 committee is more like a really bad reality TV show.

This week, it was leaked that the committee is going to start to line up hearings for prime-time viewing.

According to reports earlier in the week, the committee is hoping to have some hearings for March and April that it wants to broadcast live on TV.

Clearly, the committee will be looking to frame anyone that sits down in a bad light and as a traitor to the country.

We have heard the committee throw out some big names, but there may be none bigger to this point than former Vice President Mike Pence.

Pence could be a bit different, though, as the committee seems intent on having Pence sell out Trump.

Committee Chairman Thompson stated, “The vice president was put in a tough spot.

“The president was putting a lot of pressure on him to break the law, and he stood fast.”

Then dramatics came, with Thompson claiming, “people who came to the Capitol a year ago wanting to hang him.”

As though the people at the rally were literally going to string Pence up and hang him… is he serious?

Thompson added, “And so, if for no other reason, our committee really needs to hear what are his opinions about what happened on Jan. 6.”

Pence has not yet commented on whether he would voluntarily appear or not.

If he does, however, I would not expect his testimony to go quite the way the committee seems to think it will go.

How do you think Pence would testify?

Do you think he would bury or help Trump?
