Late Wednesday, a warning was issued by the United States Embassy for all Americans to leave the area around specific gates at the Kabul airport.
Intelligence agencies from numerous countries were reporting credible terror threats in the area.
Sadly, our worst fears came true Thursday morning, and an apparent terror attack was carried out in the area.
Attack Confirmed, Injuries Reported
The Pentagon has already confirmed that there was an explosion at the airport…

I would suspect the Taliban will deny any association with the attack, but the area is under their control.
With the Taliban’s recent statement saying it did not want Afghans to leave the country, this attack would seem to be aimed at doing just that, as these areas were populated by Afghans hoping to be evacuated from the country.
The gloves are officially off, but we have yet to hear from Joe Biden on what the United States plans to do.
American blood has officially been spilled, but Biden continues to show a weak front, which will only embolden these terrorists even more.
UPDATE 10:05 a.m. 8-26-2021: It has now been confirmed that there have been two explosions, with multiple US troops and civilian casualties.
This is a developing story and we will continue to update as new reports come in.
