Prosecutor Will Not Release Paul Pelosi Bodycam Footage

Well, it looks like the local police and prosecutor are trying to help House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) and her husband Paul save face.

Last week, Paul Pelosi was arrested on a DUI charge after an accident.

The Napa County District Attorney’s Office has announced that it will not be releasing the bodycam footage.

Saving Face

If this were a Republican, you better believe that footage would have already been out there.

Instead, the local prosecutor is helping the Pelosis cover this up.

The last thing Nancy wants is for pictures of her drunk husband to go viral, so, low and behold, the prosecutor is going to keep them sealed.

After a request was made by Fox News to obtain the footage via a California Public Records Act request, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) responded, “The Public Records Unit (PRU) has determined the Department possesses records responsive to your request.

“However, the Napa County District Attorney’s Office has advised the release of records would jeopardize an ongoing investigation.

“As such, records are being withheld pursuant to Government Code section 6254 (f).”

Nobody is above the law… how many times has Nancy Pelosi said that?

She really meant that nobody is above the law except for high-profile and influential Democrats.
