Did the FBI just get weaponized against a Democrat that has been speaking out against the Biden administration?
And, yes, I know it sounds like a wild conspiracy theory, but the raid actually happened.
On Wednesday, Rep. Cuellar (D-TX) just had his home raided by about two dozen FBI agents.
Some Activity…
A local news site in Texas was among the first to report the activity.
Myrgv.com reported, “Federal vehicles were seen with cases and other items taken from the congressman’s house as over two dozen agents filed in and out of the residence Wednesday afternoon.
“Some activity was also observed outside the campaign office on Davis and Washington Ave. in the afternoon hours.”
Reporter Valerie Gonzalez with the McAllen-based newspaper the Monitor also reported the raid.
She stated, “By around 7:30 p.m., a group of agents loaded large bags, plastic bins, and a computer into a federal vehicle. Others appeared to be logging the items.
“Federal agents were also at the campaign HQ office this afternoon.
“It wasn’t included in the FBI statement, but two of the vehicles seen there at 4:20 pm later showed up at the residence.
“An agent wearing an FBI jacket climbed out of one.”
Agents are still in and around the home. Some more showed up a few moments ago.

The FBI did not state what the purpose of the raid on Cuellar’s office and campaign office was, but it did state, “The FBI was present in the vicinity of Windridge Drive and Estate Drive in Laredo conducting court-authorized law enforcement activity.
“The FBI cannot provide further comment on an ongoing investigation.”
Cuellar has been very critical of this administration and more specifically, Kamala Harris.
Even though the two may be unrelated, you can see how the theories are already getting spun that Biden sicced his DOJ on a dissenting member of his party.
This is a developing story and we will continue to monitor for updates as to the purpose of the raid.
With his campaign office being raided, I will go out on a limb to say this may have something to do with a possible campaign finance violation of some sort, but we shall see.
