Rand Paul thinks that the burden of proof is on the FBI.

Why?

To prove the raid on Trump’s private residence wasn’t a “politically motivated witch hunt.”

Paul, like the rest of America, is tired of liberals using the FBI like their private army ever since Joe Biden has been in charge.

Remember what the FBI was doing to parents who wanted to attend schoolboard meetings?

They were literally labelled domestic terrorists for caring about what their children learned in school.

As a result of all of the despicable actions out of the FBI, the public has lost trust in them.

Because of this, the FBI needs to prove that what they’re saying about the raid on Trump’s property is actually legit.

According to Paul, and a good chunk of the rest of America, the FBI owes America an explanation.

“You know, I think the burden is on the FBI to justify this raid. This is extraordinary,” Rand said. “This is also the same FBI that used a foreign intelligence warrant to snoop on and spy on the Trump campaign, to investigate them for over two years. So, I think the burden really is on the FBI. They’ve been wrong in the past. They’ve broken the law in using these foreign intelligence warrants; now, they use a domestic warrant. But I do think they need to release the justification for this because this is extraordinary.”
