Many mainstream outlets are already trying to portray the suspect in the Wisconsin parade massacre, Darrell Brooks Jr., as a victim himself.
We have seen the media make excuses that the car was out of control, he had no choice but to crash into the parade route because he was being chased by police, etc.
If there is anything we can take from the videos, it is that this no longer appears to be the “accident” many left-leaning mainstream media outlets are trying to present it as.
Just Belligerent
Why the media is sticking up someone that appears to be a career criminal is baffling.
Even so, the media has looked for every excuse possible to justify what Brooks allegedly did last weekend.
Perhaps before doing so, they should have looked at some of Brooks’ social media postings.
His accounts were littered with rap videos celebrating the criminal life and hateful rhetoric toward Donald Trump and his supporters.
Some of his lyrics…
“Drugs, guns, murder that’s all we know.”
“They gon’ need a cleaner for the s— we did, all my killers can see where them bodies hid.”
“F— a pig and a judge, that’s how I’m a live it. Man we was asking for too long, now they gotta give it, and I got homies in them cells trying to fight the system.”
“Just grab a trigger and pull, whatcha waiting for?”
Brooks, who has been freed on low bail twice this year, faces a $5 million bail for his alleged role in the parade massacre.
Perhaps that is not enough.
