Do you remember #Whipgate?
Several Border Patrol officers were wrongly accused of whipping migrants coming over the border illegally.
Joe Biden called them out publicly and threatened their jobs.
Secretary Mayorkas also promised an investigation that would take days, not weeks or months.
This week, reports surfaced that the agents were not going to face any criminal charges, yet Biden still apparently has no plans to apologize to them.
Not Happening
In mid-September 2021, headlines erupted that border agents had been whipping migrants to stop them from crossing the border.
When the pictures surfaced, anyone that spent time on horses recognized the so-called whips as split reins.
As usual, Democrats reacted to a picture rather than getting the full story.
When the full video was released, it was apparent the agents never came close to whipping the migrants.
Even so, Mayorkas vowed an investigation and to hold those agents accountable.
Well, here we are, a full seven months later, and still no apology from Joe, even after reports surfaced this week that the agents did nothing wrong.
When asked when we can expect an apology from Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, as snarky as ever, responded…
REPORTER: "We've been told that the mounted border patrol officers the president accused of whipping migrants have been notified they will not face criminal charges, so when is the president going to apologize to them?"

This administration is simply incapable of admitting it has done anything wrong, so I would not expect to see an apology any time soon.
