Reports are starting to surface that there are going to be some significant changes inside the Biden administration
The changes, however, are not expected or welcome.
Morale is reportedly at an all-time low, with failure after failure taking its toll.
We’re Done
Joe Biden has always had a reputation as someone that is not easy to work with.
Kamala Harris is even worse.
Many of those problems are overlooked when you are having success because of the possibility of career advancement, but that is not the case in this administration.
A Politico report surfaced this week that was allegedly leaked by a lower-level staffer in the hopes of putting the big guy and senior staffers on notice that the underlings are not happy.
One White House official stated, “A lot of the natural coordination that happens in a typically functioning White House has been lost, and there has been no proactive effort to make up for it through intentional team building.”
One of the bigger complaints is that if you are not in the “inner circle,” you are being left out of the loop.
Additionally, the pandemic is taking its toll, as a lottery system is apparently being used to decide who goes to what events.
One staffer stated, “It’s also hypocritical and ironic that a president whose brand is built on empathy and family has staff policies that fly in the face of that brand.
“It’s not a good look, and it’s emblematic of how this place runs.”
Rumors are blowing up that the holiday break will be spent updating resumes so staffers can hit the door after they hit that magical one-year anniversary in the administration.
This comes on the tail end of a mass exodus in the Harris office, with more exits surely to come.
Harris has been a bit testy in the media lately, so one cannot imagine what she is like behind the scenes.
Joe Biden won’t be able to cover this up, and Jen Psaki won’t be able to spin it… people are bailing on Biden and they are not willing to go down with the ship.
It sets up a tumultuous start to the new year for Joe and Kamala.
