I am really starting to think that Joe Biden nominated Ketanji Brown Jackson solely to have her not pass the vetting process.

How else can the stupidity of this nomination be explained?

Jackson now has yet another skeleton coming out of her closet that will likely prevent any Republicans from supporting the nomination.

Anti-Semitic Ties

Jackson’s first strike against her is her a rather unimpressive record in terms of case decisions.

She has had considerable cases overturned upon further appeal.

In most of these cases, she clearly interjected ideology over the rule of law.

Reports are now finding that a group Jackson belonged to during her senior year at Harvard had invited Leonard Jeffries, the controversial then-City University of New York professor of Black studies and Black studies department head, to speak at Harvard’s Black Students Association (BPA).

His past anti-Semitic comments have come under significant fire, now more so than ever, due to the nomination of Jackson to the Supreme Court.

At the time of the appearance, the Harvard University chapters of Jewish advocacy group Hillel, the Gay-Straight Alliance, and College Democrats all protested the appearance.

After Jeffries gave his speech, numerous professors on campus slammed the presentation and demanded that the BPA “stand up against Jeffries’ kind of moral rot.”

After the professors wrote the op-ed, Jeffries said he was not anti-Semitic but, ironically did so with a racist statement.

He responded that black people valued equality and peace more than “people of the ice,” which is what he called white people.

There is no public record of Jackson speaking out against Jeffries after the speech was made.
