The corruption of the Democrat Party continues.
Reports are breaking that House Speaker Pelosi’s son, Paul Jr., is part of an FBI investigation into a fraud and bribery scheme.
The Pit
The investigation centers around a property called “The Pit.”
Paul Pelosi Jr. is currently listed as the owner of record for the property.
The property has been tied to allegations of a San Francisco official that has been indicted on fraud charges related to a real-estate scheme.
Permit expediter Rodrigo Santos had been indicted in November.
Prosecutors stated that he had clients make donations to a rugby club amounting to thousands of dollars.
In exchange for those donations, he would push through city permits.
The club is also the favorite of Bernie Curran, a local building inspector.
According to reports, part of the indictment included violations of Pelosi’s property being removed.
Both men have denied any wrongdoing, but the optics in this are not good.
That is especially the case for Pelosi and her son, who simply cannot afford such a scandal so close to the election.
