REPORT: Journalists Plan to Press Biden at First Press Conference of Year

Joe Biden has been in hiding for days.

We all knew this would happen because Biden is set to hold a press conference later today.

Joe is going to need that rest, as the mainstream media plans on hammering him today after serving up softballs to him for most of the last year.

C’Mon Man!

I generally do not watch Biden press conferences, but today might be an exception.

If the media holds true to its word, Joe could be in some big trouble.

It is not just the questions and answers that will come into play, but Biden’s temper will likely be front and center.

You see, Joe thinks he is doing a great job, and he insists on pushing that narrative.

He will also try to continue to blame his problems on Trump and Republicans as much as he can.

If the media pushes back on this and refuses to accept these answers, it will not take long for Joe to have a meltdown, get red-faced, and start to scream at reporters.

Multiple publications have put forth questions they expect to have answered today.

Rest assured, none of them are asking about Joe’s new puppy.

For instance, Politico hopes to touch on at least a few of these issues:

  • Low poll ratings
  • Can the pandemic be defeated?
  • Was the OSHA rule a mistake?
  • Pushback from Democrats in Senate
  • Plan to reduce inflation

These are still not quite hard-hitting enough for me.

However, I would say it is more about the follow-up questions than the opening questions.

They can ask Biden any tough question, but will they allow him to deflect to another topic or give an answer that is just a flat-out lie.

Biden has been treated with kid gloves most of his first year in office, save a few tough questions over the last few weeks and Fox News’ Peter Doocy.

The media has an opportunity to make up for all of that today, so it could make for some great afternoon TV.

Will you watch Biden’s press conference today in the hopes the media finally hits him hard?
