REPORT: PA GOP Senate Candidate Misrepresented Military Service

A woman that has seemingly shot out of nowhere to come into prominence in the PA GOP Senate primary race may fizzle out just as quickly.

To this point, this has mostly been mostly a two-man race.

Dr. Mehmet Oz and former Bridgewater CEO David McCormick have been battling it out.

Suddenly, however, Kathy Barnette is getting all the attention.

That attention, however, has also brought some information to light that could end her in the eyes of most Republican voters.

Bogus Records

Barnette has claimed to be the most MAGA candidate in the race, but many are calling her out as a complete fraud.

Even Donald Trump has landed a few shots at her, warning voters to stay away.

There are also some theories that she could be a Democrat plant to try to steal the show.

Now, however, there is a report that she misrepresented her military records, a big no-no with conservative voters.

Her website reads, “Kathy served her country proudly for 10 years in the Armed Forces Reserves where she was accepted into Officer Candidacy School.”

Military.com, however, says that she is making up her own branch.

The website reads, “The Reserve components of the Armed Forces are: The Army National Guard of the United States, the Army Reserve, the Navy Reserve, the Marine Corps Reserve, the Air National Guard of the United States, the Air Force Reserve and the Coast Guard Reserve.”

Going back to 2017, Barnette did an interview stating that she had served most of her career in the military in the United States Army.

Perhaps she meant to the Army Reserve, regardless, the flub will hurt her.
