REPORT: Russian Attack Kills 21, Including Child in Stroller

The brutal attacks by Russians against Ukraine civilian targets continue.

This time, a city in central Ukraine was the target, and again, more than a dozen civilians were killed.

Among the dead… a child in a stroller that was out with her mother.

Wrong Place, Wrong Time

Iryna Dmitrieva had her daughter in a stroller and was taking her to speech therapy class.

As she was walking through a popular business area, missiles that had been launched from a submarine in the Black Sea slammed down in the area.

A local non-profit in the area that worked with children with Down Syndrome wrote, “Today, our hearts are bleeding and our eyes are full of tears, because our multi-thousand family has lost one of ‘its own.’

“The greatest anger and pain is caused by the fact that this is a small, innocent child. Our child. Our little Lisa.”

There have been conflicting reports regarding the mother, with initial reports stating that she had been killed as well, but I have also seen reports that she survived but is in critical condition.

The young girl, Lisa, was among three children reportedly killed in the strike.

Ukrainian President Zelensky stated, “There were eight rockets, two of which hit the center of the city.

“Twenty people have died, including three children. There is a large, large number of wounded.”

Local authorities reported that at least 91 others were injured, as well as 42 people still missing from the attack.

Based on the pictures I have seen, the death toll will surely rise in the coming days.

Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated, “This is terrorism. Deliberate murder of civilians to spread fear. Russia is a terrorist state and must be legally recognized as such.”

I agree completely and I am not sure how much longer the world can sit by and allow these attacks to continue without taking action against Russia.
