With one simple question and answer, White Press Secretary Jen Psaki proved how little this administration respects the people of this country.
The initial subject of the question itself, as the reporter mentioned, was not an earth-shattering story.
However, his point that if the administration was lying about small stories, it could not be trusted for big stories was well taken, except by Jen Psaki.
You Cannot Be Trusted
When we go back to the stories about dog bites at the White House by Major, only two bites were made public.
However, a Freedom of Information Act request for Secret Service records showed this was a daily problem for more than a week.
Now, I am with you here… who cares about dog bites?
The point, however, is that if the White House is lying about something as small as that, how can they be trusted with major stories like Afghanistan on the information being put out?
That is the exact question that was handed to Psaki and just listen to her dismissive tone and the fact that, once again, she never answered the question asked…
“If we can’t get honest information about minor stories, why should we have faith in the Administration’s account for larger issues like Afghanistan?”

To the journalist’s point, his question was NOT about the dog bites, but rather about trusting of the information coming out of the White House.
Psaki’s snarky answer and attitude made his point for him… these people cannot be trusted.
