Joe Biden’s Chief of Staff, Ron Klain, is an idiot.
Honestly, between Klain, Biden, and Harris, it is tough to say who would win the Idiot of the Year Award.
I would have to give Klain a leg up after his baffling tweet when France’s election results were reported.
Macron and Biden are polling very similarly in their respective countries.
Biden has managed to drop below 40 percent in several national polls, while Macron was polling at 36 percent approval prior to the election.
Even so, he managed to pull off a 58.8 to 41.2 percent win against his conservative challenger.
After the election results were finalized, Klain sent out a tweet, stating, “An interesting observation, just FYI. President Macron appears to have secured a double-digit victory over LePen [sic], at a time when his approval rating is 36%. Hmmm….”
The inference here is clear… that we can toss out Biden’s approval rating and expect him to get re-elected.
The tweet is idiotic on many levels, but the best one is how Joe Biden says he does not believe polls, a point made by journalist Stephen Miller.
Miller stated, “Joe Biden said he didn’t believe the polls (sounds familiar). Here’s the Tweeter In Chief not only acknowledging the polls, but insinuating he can win with them anyway. Just an incredible take.”
Let’s also not forget that conservatives are treated like outcasts in France, yet the conservative candidate in this race garnered the most support she has seen in an election.
Conservatives in France are also far less present than conservatives in the United States.
While there are generally more Democrat voters, this county’s “silent” voter is often conservative.
I believe Klain may have been a bit too active celebrating 4/20 if he really thinks Macron’s election results will have any impact on the upcoming races here in the states.
