Earlier today, we reported that when a letter went out by Senate leadership to express outrage over the attacks against Senator Sinema (D-AZ), Senator Bernie Sanders (I-VT) wanted no parts of it.
Now we know why.
Sanders just blasted Sinema and Senator Manchin (D-W.V.) for holding legislation hostage when that is what Joe Biden wants and what 48 other Senators want.
Oh, the Irony
I think we can all agree that we have lost count on how many times Senator Sanders has played obstructionist in the Senate.
So, I have to say, listening to this tirade and seeing his head about to pop off is pretty amusing…

What is even better is that Sanders seems to forget something…
Sinema and Manchin do not answer to 48 other Senators in different states, nor do they answer to Joe Biden.
They answer to their constituents, period.
But, what I want everyone to do, is file that video away for the next time Sanders blocks a vote or Dems fall one vote shy on legislation and that vote belongs to Sanders.
This man is one of the least-accomplished Senators still in office, and he has the audacity to complain about other Senators doing what their constituents want them to do.
If Sanders had his way, they would be arguing over a $6 trillion piece of legislation, not $3.5 trillion.
So, Senator Sanders, do us all a favor and let Manchin and Sinema do the will of their constituents, not yours.
Besides, with the pressure your supporters are putting on both of them, it is only a matter of time before they both cave anyway.
