Ukraine is on the brink of meeting the same fate as Afghanistan.

Inflation is soaring, the stock market is crashing, and our southern border is being overrun.

What is Senator Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.) focusing on?

Well, that would be the killing of unborn children right up until the moment of birth.

Priorities

I can think of 100 other things that Schumer should be worried about right now other than killing unborn children moments before they come into this world.

With our country about to have a massive energy crisis, perhaps he should be asking for an audience with Joe to encourage him to refire domestic gas and oil leases.

Maybe he should be asking if we can do a little something to stop the record-setting surge at our southern border.

Schumer is not worried about any of that, however, because he has a different bill he wants to put on the Senate floor for a vote.

The legislation is called the Women’s Health Protection Act.

The bill would remove just about every restriction currently in place against abortion.

For example, doctors would no longer be able to use a conscience exemption that would enable them to decline an abortion just prior to birth.

In other words, the bill would require doctors to commit what would be an act of murder in some of their eyes.

This legislation will fail, which is even more infuriating.

It will get no support on the GOP side of the aisle, and at least one Democrat Senator has already voiced opposition to the bill.

At a time when the American people are reeling with inflation and about to get hit even harder, Schumer is making a move for purely political reasons.

He is trying to do one thing here… score points with the uber-left for the upcoming election.

This is why we need the GOP to take back the Senate and, at the same time, remove Senator McConnell (R-KY) from leadership.

Let’s get some people into office that will actually work for the American people, not for illegals and the killing of unborn children.
