He did that this week regarding Biden’s new mandates, stating that he believes Biden just made a HUGE mistake.

The question at this point about Biden’s mandate is whether the mandates are constitutional, especially requiring private businesses to force vaccinations and testing.
Shapiro’s business falls into the category of businesses impacted, but he is not taking the order sitting down.
Shapiro plans to present a legal challenge on this front, but he also believes that Biden made a huge tactical blunder that will deeply impact his presidency.
The powers of the president are going to be tested here, with the suits likely ending up before the Supreme Court.
Even with the current wild cards on the bench, this would appear to be a fairly easy decision that Biden has overstepped his bounds.
