There are now three clear factions in the Democrat Party, and they are not playing nice.
After House Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) played games (part of the establishment) with the bipartisan infrastructure bill, she faced call-outs from uber-progressives and moderates in her party.
The latest being Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ), who is fuming her bill was put on the backburner while Pelosi played games.
Enough!
The whole point of negotiating a bipartisan deal is so that reconciliation does not have to be used.
It was not to serve as an appetizer for a bigger spending bill, yet that is exactly what Biden chose to do.
After Biden and Pelosi played their little games, Sinema went ballistic, stating, “The failure of the U.S. House to hold a vote on the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act is inexcusable, and deeply disappointing for communities across our country.
“Denying Americans millions of good-paying jobs, safer roads, cleaner water, more reliable electricity, and better broadband only hurts everyday families.”

Sinema is far from the only party member not happy.
Moderate House Democrats have been going off all week, and Democrats have lost any Republican support they once had for this bill.
Pelosi rolled the dice, and she just crapped out.
Things are so bad right now, Dems had to pass a temporary bill to address the federal transportation aspect of the infrastructure bill that could have been funded two months ago had Pelosi not played games with this legislation.
The new deadline for the bill is now October 31, so let’s see if Pelosi can somehow manage to get her party in line or just watch the entire thing implode right before her very eyes.
