With rising crime rates and the rash of mass shootings that have occurred recently, it is more important than ever to support our police.
A new report has just surfaced on Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams that will hurt her on that front.
Abrams is a board member of a foundation that has been linked to supporting the defund the police movement around the country.
Abolishing the Police
Recent state filings still list Abrams as a board member and governing person of the Marguerite Casey Foundation, a Seattle-based organization.

The group also used #DefundthePolice when it shared a WaPo story about “the hidden billion-dollar cost of repeated police misconduct.”
In February, the group used #AbolishthePolice in another story about the “Prison Industrial Complex in Atlanta.”

Of course, she will deny all of it, but these are the facts.
If Governor Kemp’s people are smart, they are going through this account with a fine-toothed comb right now to hit her hard during their first debate.
She must be made to explain this nonsense.
The decision for Georgians seems pretty easy to me.
