Supreme Court Releases Vaccine Mandate Decisions

Thursday is a day that will live in infamy for the Biden administration.

The Supreme Court released its opinion on Biden’s vaccine mandates.

It was clearly not what Biden had hoped.

Sorry, Joe

There is a clear difference between health and safety standards.

Biden openly tried to circumvent the system when he empowered OSHA to create this ridiculous workplace rule.

The order’s constitutionality has always been in question, something even Biden’s own staff realized.

The Supreme Court, today, affirmed that belief.

The court struck down Joe Biden’s new OSHA rule, stating that OSHA “empowers the Secretary to set workplace safety standards, not broad public health measures.

“Although COVID-19 is a risk that occurs in many workplaces, it is not an occupational hazard in most.

“COVID–19 can and does spread at home, in schools, during sporting events, and everywhere else that people gather.

“That kind of universal risk is no different from the day-to-day dangers that all face from crime, air pollution, or any number of communicable diseases.”

Biden did get one small win: the vaccine mandate for certain health care workers could remain in effect.

That is peanuts, however, compared to the OSHA order.

Sadly, many companies have already started to fire workers based on that rule, so I think it is safe to say we are about to see a flood of lawsuits hit the courts.

This is an absolutely crushing blow for Joe Biden and Democrats, no matter how you slice it.
