In case you needed a reminder, Kathy Hochul and the rest of you without scruples, here it is.
Lee Zeldin is NOT to be trifled with.
While giving a speech, there is one routine that Teddy Roosevelt perfected that is great for proving to those around you that you are strong and competent enough to be a good leader.
That is be giving a speech, get attacked in a life-threatening fashion, be the only calm one around, and finish the speech.
Teddy Roosevelt was about to be giving a speech on October 14, 1912 when a man approached and shot him in the chest. Roosevelt didn’t think the audience saw what happened, so Teddy pulled back his shirt to show the blood gathering on his chest.
“It takes more than that to kill a bull moose,” Teddy told them.
The crowd went wild.
Now, 110 years later, New York gubernatorial candidate has a very similar story to tell.
Remember, incitement could come in to play here. Incumbent Democrat Kathy Hochul has repeatedly urged her supporters to swarm Zeldin’s events.
