When Democrats went the way of mail-in ballots, what did we all say would happen?
This would open up voting to corruption.
Well, Texas just released the results of its election audit, and there are about 12,000 registered voters that present a rather significant problem.
They Are Not Legal!
If you are not a citizen of this country, you don’t get to vote, period.
While some cities and states are allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections, that does not hold for federal elections.
Well, when Texas did its audit, it found a whopping 12,000 non-citizens that were on voter rolls… 12,000!
Additionally, there were about 600 cases of dead residents voting or voters who had moved out of state still being on the rolls.
So far, about 2,000 of those names have been purged.
What is one of the biggest problems we have pointed to in the past? That would be voter rolls not being adequately maintained.
Sadly, Texas is a major culprit of this.
More than 224,000 dead voters were purged from the rolls at the end of 2021, which is just shameful.
This is a Republican administration that knows the dangers of not maintaining voter’s rolls, so Governor Abbott and his Secretary of State have some major explaining to do on this front.
Additionally, 11,737 non-residents were registered to cast ballots… how does that happen in Texas?
Don’t think too hard because the answer is relatively simple.
The majority of the offenders were registered in Dallas and Houston, two Democrat strongholds.
Texas Secretary of State John Scott stated, “What we’re trying to do make sure there is a little more confidence in the system, in the election integrity.
“And I think this is one of the hopes of the audit is, to show folks it is very safe.
“It is secure. Your vote does count when you cast it.
“And where we find issues, we’re going to address those issues.”
I have a better idea… track down who registered these people and prosecute them to the full extent of the law.
Do that, and I guarantee this nonsense stops.
