Tomi Lahren: Dems Want to Rile Everyone Up for Election Season

The more I think about this Supreme Court leak, I cannot help but think it was encouraged by a Democrat.

There are two reasons why I believe this is the case, and both of them were discussed by Tomi Lahren during a recent segment.

The reasons: intimidation and outrage during election season.

Let’s Do This

Democrats are desperate.

So, is it really beneath a top Democrat to reach out to someone they know who is working for one of the justices to ask for a friendly boost?

We all know abortion is a hot potato, but with a decision like this about to come down, it could be enough to get the Dems that had given up off their sofas to vote.

For people who have abortion at the top of their list of priorities, you better believe this decision would motivate them to get up so Dems can pass federal legislation to protect abortions.

The second reason is to intimidate justices from standing tall on this issue.

Generally speaking, I have stated several times that I think we have the most balanced court we have had in decades.

There are now four justices, all conservatives, willing to go across the aisle and vote with liberals if they believe it is constitutionally justified.

There is not a single liberal justice we can say that about right now.

Again, I don’t need to like the decision to support it, but that is not the stance on the left.

Anyone who read Alito’s draft opinion knows his opinion is well-formed and justified.

Regardless, pressure from the outside could sway some of these justices to cross the aisle on this issue, as they have fallen victim to this before (which is the one thing that really upsets me about this court).

These are all points discussed by Tomi Lahren in the segment below…

Do you think Tomi got it right here?

Do you think a Democrat operative purposely leaked this information to intimidate justices so they would change their mind on this issue?
