In 2020, Donald Trump did not mince words when speaking with Australian Prime Minister about the COVID pandemic.
“China f–ked the world.”
A new book, Plagued, details the conversation that happened on July 17, 2020 when Trump was speaking to Scott Morrison.
The book is authored by Simon Benson and Geoff Chambers and focuses on Australia’s political history during the COVID pandemic.
“Look what they (China) have done to the world,” Trump is quoted in the book. “They have f***ed the world.
Morrison’s staff wasn’t even that surprised to hear the leader of the free world speak freely, as “they had come to expect the unexpected when it came to Trump.”
The first cases of COVID popped up in China in late 2019.
Since then, there have been 6.4 million deaths worldwide because of the disease.
Trump (and most Americans) knew China caused the outbreak from day one.
For some reason, we just weren’t allowed to say it.
