Donald Trump appears to be getting some much better political advice these days.
Tomorrow is the one-year anniversary of the riot at the Capitol.
Trump had been scheduled to hold a press conference, but it was recently announced that he has canceled it and will speak publicly during the Arizona rally on the 15th.

House Speaker Pelosi (D-CA) and her fellow Democrats have a slew of events scheduled for Thursday.
Pelosi is going to have members of Congress take the dais to tell tales of how they narrowly defeated death.
I am sure AOC will take the microphone and tell the story of how she heard people calling her name.
At the end of the day, Democrats have a prayer service scheduled, conveniently, right around the time that Trump was going to be holding his press conference.
I have been pretty adamant that Trump should not be speaking on the 6th.
He will take hits no matter what, but holding his own presser would just feed the Democrats.
Someone else must have given Trump the same advice because he has canceled his press conference at Mar-a-Lago.
Trump stated, “In light of the total bias and dishonesty of the January 6th Unselect Committee of Democrats, two failed Republicans, and the Fake News Media, I am canceling the January 6th Press Conference at Mar-a-Lago on Thursday, and instead will discuss many of those important topics at my rally on Saturday, January 15th, in Arizona—It will be a big crowd!”
He continued, “What has become more and more obvious to ALL is that the LameStream Media will not report the facts that Nancy Pelosi and the Capitol Sergeant-at-Arms denied requests for the D.C. National Guard or Military to be present at the Capitol. Their emails and correspondence with the Department of Defense exist, but the media won’t ask for this evidence, or report the truth!”
While there was some support for Trump to speak, the overwhelming majority felt that he should just step aside for the day, give Democrats their day, let it die down, then say his piece at his Arizona rally next week.
