Were voters really that upset about the raid against Donald Trump or was this going to happen anyway?
In reality, the reason no longer matters, because the sweep by Trump candidates in Tuesday primaries will largely be attributed to the FBI raid against Trump on Monday.
The former president did not take a single loss, with some considerable upsets being pulled off along the way.
Will It Matter?
Trump now has an endorsement record of 192-11, impressive by any standard.
None of that matters, however, if they do not win the primary elections.
One of Trump’s bigger wins was Tim Michels in the gubernatorial race in Wisconsin…
I've seen enough: Trump-endorsed Tim Michels (R) defeats former Lt. Gov. Rebecca Kleefisch (R) in the #WIGOV GOP primary and will face Gov. Tony Evers (D) in the fall.

Trump, in endorsing Michels, stated, “Wisconsin needs a Governor who will Stop Inflation, Uphold the Rule of Law, strengthen our Borders (we had the strongest borders in history just two years ago, now we have the weakest!) and End the well-documented Fraud in our Elections.
“Tim Michels is the best candidate to deliver meaningful solutions to these problems, and he will produce jobs like no one else can even imagine.”
The one race that will be particularly interesting is in Connecticut, where Leora Levy will face off against Democrat incumbent Senator Richard Blumenthal.
Trump stated, “Leora Levy is running to represent the Great State of Connecticut in the United States Senate.
“The current Senator is a mocked and laughed at fool, who said for many years that he was a brave war hero in Vietnam, when the facts later revealed that he had never even been to Vietnam.”
Trump will need some unexpected upsets, as three key Senate elections are going the wrong way for seats Republicans were counting on.
Georgia, PA, and Arizona are all Trump-backed candidates and all three are losing right now.
Without those seats, it will be virtually impossible for the GOP to take back the Senate, but you never know.
Two of them are still within striking distance, so we could all be surprised on election day.
That will be a plate of crow that I will gladly eat.
