Today, Piers Morgan dropped an opinion piece on Donald Trump and his most recent interview in the New York Post.
The content of the piece drew an immediate response from Donald Trump.
Let’s just say the two old friends are probably no longer friends.

Morgan’s piece opened up by revealing that only moments before Trump sat down with Morgan for the formal interview, it was revealed that Trump had received a copy of the most recent negative comments made by Morgan about Trump.
It contained comments by Morgan regarding Trump’s challenging of the 2020 election, the January 6 riot, and Morgan’s blistering comments about Trump’s handling of the pandemic.
The tip sheet had Trump agitated and almost to the point of canceling the interview.
Piers made it sound as though he fed Trump’s ego by discussing his recent hole-in-one to save the day.
The interview eventually took place, but Morgan released a teaser video as well as including in his article that Trump ended the interview abruptly and walked out…
Trump immediately fired back a response refuting that he had shut down the interview.
Trump stated that his team taped the entire interview, as well as a somewhat cordial but agitated exchange at the end of the interview before Trump told them to shut off the cameras.
In the audio released by Trump, Morgan tells Trump, “That was a great interview,” to which Trump responds, “Yeah.”
Morgan follows that up by saying, “Thank you very much. I really appreciate it.”
Trump then gets up and says, “Turn the camera off.”
After the Trump pushback, Morgan sent out two tweets, the first was his response to the challenge of the editing…

Morgan, who has enjoyed the support of the MAGA universe, will surely no longer be able to enjoy that after hinting they are nothing more than angry little toddlers.
Is this yet another case of media members twisting the facts to generate a response?
Whatever the outcome, Morgan surely got the attention he wanted for this interview for his new show.
We will soon find out if it is legitimate news or nothing more than another Daily Show.
