It’s unconstitutional.

Joe Biden is creating a government board that will govern what Americans are and are not allowed to say.
THE GOVERNMENT IS MONITORING WHAT YOU CAN AND CANNOT SAY.
If America ever crumbles, this is going to be one of the moments that used in future textbooks as a catalyst why.
