Democrats just won’t let go of the narrative that Border Patrol agents “whipped” or “strapped” Haitian migrants.

According to Brandon Judd, the head of the National Border Patrol Council, there is a reason for that.

The reason is that Joe Biden is trying to deflect attention away from his disastrous border policies.

For all intents and purposes, this administration has ignored the problems at the border since Biden took office.

It is rarely publicly addressed and when it is, they lie.

When that image showed up that started #WhipGate, it gave them a way to flip the narrative and justify these disastrous policies that created the surge.

Judd stated, “They know that what is taking place under the bridge is very embarrassing to them so they are trying to deflect.

“That’s the administration trying to deflect off themselves for their failures which led to the catastrophe that’s taking place under the bridge.”

Judd also did his best to clarify what actually did take place in that photo.

He stated, “What they were holding were reins, they were not whips, those reins are used to control the horses.

“The agents also have to protect the migrants from the horses they can’t let them close if they try and so they will twirl the reins in their hands, but they do not hit them nor were any of those migrants hit by any object, let alone by a whip or a rein”

Secretary Mayorkas, who had previously defended the agents, has now flipped, touting the same narrative as Harris and Biden.

On that, Judd stated, “He has to toe the line or he’s out of a job, so of course he’s going to say what the White House wants him to say once they’ve made their official statement.”

He is absolutely correct, and that is a decision that Mayorkas will regret, as there has yet to be a single video showing a Border Agent hitting a migrant.
