White House Communications Chief Announces Retirement

The rats are leaving the ship.

Emma Riley, the White House Communications Chief of Staff, is resigning.

Riley is reportedly getting moved over to the Labor Department.

Abandon Ship

There seems to be a concentrated effort to make some significant changes in the messaging coming from this administration.

Even though Riley is staying with the administration, this is the second major change on the communications team within days.

Ashely Etienne, Kamala Harris’ communication director, resigned earlier this week.

This looks so suspicious because of the report that came out earlier in the week from Politico that ravaged the dysfunction in Harris’ office.

Since then, the White House has been in scramble mode and two major players have turned in their resignations.

Just as a point of reference, remember how the media went ballistic when all this changeover was happening during the Trump administration.

We can only wonder why the media is not treating the same turnover in the Biden administration with the same scrutiny.
