America is a “white supremacy system.”
That is apparently what Walmart is teaching its employees.
The revelation comes from leaked whistleblower documents from a Walmart training program.
White = Bad
What could possibly be more divisive than stereotyping an entire race of people as racists?
I can’t think of anything, yet that is exactly what the alleged training program Walmart is running is doing.
The documents are provided through a training program that started after Walmart partnered with the Racial Equity Institute (REI) in 2018.
The organization is described as an “alliance of trainers, organizers, and institutional leaders who have devoted ourselves to the work of creating racially equitable organizations and systems.”
It claims to consist of a “multiracial team of organizers and trainers who are committed to the work of anti-racism transformation.”
The training materials teach that all white employees are guilty of “white supremacy thinking” and “internalized racial superiority.”
The documents were published by Christopher F. Rufo after a whistleblower provided them to him.
His report stated that the training was provided to more than 1,000 of Walmart’s employees.
The program begins with the claim that the United States is a "white supremacy system," designed by white Europeans for maintaining "white skin access to power and privilege." Whites are thus subjected to "racist conditioning" that indoctrinates them into "white supremacy." pic.twitter.com/r9rcn5wOBO

Walmart tells minority employees that they suffer from "constructed racist oppression" and "internalized racial inferiority," with internal messages such as "we believe there is something wrong with being a person of color" and "we have a sense of limited possibility." pic.twitter.com/nAsFKx0OKS

The solution, according to Walmart, is to encourage whites to participate in "white anti-racist development," accept their "guilt and shame," adopt the idea that "white is not right," acknowledge their racism, and move toward "collective action" whereby "white can do right." pic.twitter.com/UWDyTbyfzA

This is not inclusivity training, regardless of how this company tries to sell it.
It teaches one race that they should despise the other.
After going through that training, how could any employee of color ever look at a white employee without anything but hate and animosity?
Keep in mind, this is what the Democrat Party wants to be taught in our schools to our children.
These are also the same types of supplies that the son-in-law’s family of Attorney General Merrick Garland is selling to schools.
How can anyone possibly support this racist, divisive, garbage?
