White House Appears to Push Back on Fauci Comments on Court Ruling

Last week, a federal judge overruled the CDC on extending the travel mask mandate.

When the ruling was handed down, Dr. Anthony Fauci went ballistic in the media.

He actually went so far as to call it dangerous that the courts could overrule a health agency.

It went to show the hubris of Fauci in thinking that he and his fellow “scientists” are not subject to the laws like the rest of us.

His comments did not sit well with a lot of people, getting much pushback on social media.

The White House was apparently paying attention, as the administration tried to temper his comments.

What He Meant to Say…

After Fauci’s blistering comments, the White House went into spin mode.

Because the courts did not agree with the CDC, the administration stated that while the courts play an “important role,” this was simply a case of the courts being “incorrect.”

That must be because this administration seems to believe that it is always right and the smartest person in the room.

Trying to recover from the pushback after Fauci’s comments, White House COVID Coordinator Ashish Jha stated, “Obviously, the judiciary has an important role to play.

“What you heard out of the administration, out of the Department of Justice, is the assessment that this is an incorrect decision and the DOJ is now appealing this decision.”

Thanks for clearing that up… we feel so much better now that this administration will not overreach with its power.
