Earlier this week, South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem signed legislation that will not allow transgender athletes to compete in women’s sports.
Conservatives look at this as protecting the sanctity of women’s sports for biological women.
Liberals don’t see it that way, and the White House fired off a rather nasty attack against Governor Noem after the legislation was signed.
On the Attack
The entire purpose behind this legislation is to protect women’s sports.
We need to look no further than the Ivy League Swimming Championships to see how ridiculous this has become in women’s sports.
Lia Thomas is obliterating records… not by tenths of a second, but by seconds.
In one race, Thomas took two seconds off the current record when hundredths of a second are the usual and tenths are considered a freakish achievement.
It will be years, if not decades, before biological women catch up to this curve, and it will still take a herculean effort to come anywhere near these records that are being set.
This is NOT about discrimination against transgender people but about giving biological women a fair shot and keeping the integrity of the sport alive.
It is baffling that liberal women support their sports being devasted by transgender athletes.
To that point, after Noem signed the bill, a reporter asked her an utterly ridiculous question.
It was ridiculous in that the stat he was referring to, by the research I have seen, is complete bunk.
Don’t get me wrong, anxiety and depression are high compared to the norm for transgender teens, but I have not seen a legitimate study that pegs it at 90 percent.
South Dakota would have to be an extreme outlier for that to be the case.
Yet, after the question was asked and Noem stated, “…we should figure that out,” the White House dropped a bombshell on her…

In response to Jean-Pierre, I would also say that if you want money for that particular community, do not make it part of that massive spending bill, then make someone out not supporting the overall legislation to be some type of hate monger.
We all know that is but one portion… what about the rest of the spending in the bill?
This administration is truly shameful and seems to gaslight just about every day.
Watch what happens over the next few weeks in terms of Noem getting threats and trolled online, on phone calls, and possibly even in person.
That did not stop Noem from firing right back, however…

This is how Biden’s team works… they make gaslighting statements to get people riled up, then act shocked when something happens.
