White House Slams DeSantis After Disney Mandate Goes on Hold

Joe Biden has depended on large companies to help him get his vaccine mandate enforced.

Red states, however, are pushing back.

To that point, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis recently put legislation in place protecting some Florida workers from being fired, which set pieces in motion that have sent the Biden White House into a tizzy.

Psaki Goes Mental

When Democrats started their overreaching policies, Governor DeSantis pushed back from the very start.

When other states were shutting down, DeSantis refused to budge and kept his economy going.

Now, with Biden trying to put mandates in place that will cost Americans their jobs, DeSantis pushed back.

After signing the new legislation, DeSantis stated, “Nobody should lose their job due to heavy-handed COVID mandates, and we had a responsibility to protect the livelihoods of the people of Florida.”

In response, Disney suspended its mandatory vaccine policy, stating, “We believe that our approach to mandatory vaccines has been the right one as we’ve continued to focus on the safety and well-being of our cast members and guests, and at this point, more than 90% of active Florida-based cast members have already verified that they are fully vaccinated.

“We will address legal developments as appropriate.”

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki went ballistic, stating, “They’re based in Florida, and obviously the governor there has consistently taken steps to take steps backwards as it relates to fighting the pandemic, not forward.”

Psaki better check her numbers because Florida is and has had one of the lowest COVID infection and hospitalization rates in the country for quite some time.

What DeSantis is doing is working, whether the White House likes it or not.

What do you guys think?

Did DeSantis do the right thing or should he honor the vaccine mandates from this administration?

  1. I am a Canadian married to a 25 yr USAF Vet. I have studied American History and Politics for 50 years. Have been coming to Florida since I was a child with relatives living here. 50% of Americans are totally brain-dead/ & have never been off their front porch! I have been to 15 countries-CUBA 12 times- they are starving….Venequla when it was 5th most prosperous cty in the world-now turned over to Communism…in Morrocco people living in cages. in Equador for a month- people hungry there to- NO supermarkers in Guayaquil….have been in every single Carabbean Island- people have to grow their food- EXPENSIVE to buy/California was horribe when I was there! Ditto for New York! DiSantis is the BEST GOVERNOR IN AMERICA- PEOPLE BETTER WAKE UP QUICK BEFORE AMERICA TURNS OVER TO THE CLIVEN-PIVEN STRATEGY WHICH OBAMA WAS STUDYING- READ SAUL ALINSKY’S RULE FOR RADICALS THAT IS WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO-8 YRS FOR HIM 8 YRS FOR HC only SHE DIDN’T WIN & STILL HASN’T GOT OVER IT. WE ARE IN THE THE NEW WORLD ORDER & AGENDA 21 – read about it! HOW MANY TIMES did H.W.Bush talk about the NWO (IF you ever listened to him). NOBODY knows how to study anymore – THAT’S THE SCHOOL SYSTEM HERE IN AMERICA NOW- ALL LEFT-WING TEACHER…WAKE UP BEFORE THIS CCOUNTRY TURNS OVER TO CHINA!

    1. I am totally with you, this is in the works for a long time, for me it is so sad since I chose this citizenship and denounced my home country. I lived close to the east block in Europe and have seen what Communism can do an dhow they always fail. I came her eta live free, not to end up worse. Americans have to wake up and fight like in our history, this is the only way we will prevail.

I love De Santis too, maybe I will move one day there as well.

  2. We are born and bred New Yorkers. My husband and I are retiring to Florida at the end of this year. We love Florida and Governor DeSantis!!!
