Whoopi Goldberg got called out for hypocrisy and she did not like it one bit.
It is also worth noting that she also inadvertently tagged herself as an “elite.”
This all came down when co-host Tara Setmayer called out the hypocrisy of the Hollywood elite for giving Will Smith a standing ovation AFTER he slapped Chris Rock in the face on national TV.
Why?
Setmayer said something that actually made sense, for once.
Only it was not taken well by Whoopi.
The fact is that when Will Smith gave his acceptance speech, a speech he should never have been able to give, that room should have been completely silent.
He literally assaulted someone on live TV.
He was not arrested, nor was he removed from the room.
When Setmayer called Hollywood hypocrites for getting on their high horse while at the same time giving Smith a standing ovation, Whoopi went off.

This coming from someone that has called all Trump supporters racist, among other things.
